What We Legitimately Need
We only ask for information required to provide our service.
- Your Name – For booking and invoice
- Phone Number – To coordinate technician visit
- Service Address – Location for our team
- Work Type & Details – To prepare quotation
- Preferred Date/Time – For scheduling
Official Communication Channels
Contact HSES™ ONLY through these verified channels. Any other source is not official.
Payment Safety – Zero Advance Payment Policy
We believe in earning your trust before your money. Payment is due only after the work is completed to your satisfaction.
Payment is ONLY due after:
- Technician arrives and work is discussed.
- Final estimate is approved by you.
- Work is completed to your satisfaction.
- Quality check and testing are done.
If someone asks for advance payment for booking, it's 100% FRAUD.
